Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Pre-orders
All pre-orders are eligible for a full refund if you change your mind before items are shipped. Please contact support.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, payment information and product selection is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. If you need to change your information after you place your order, but before it ships, contact support and we can help you.
Shipping
Good Drinks LLC will on occasion offer shipping promotions with customers receiving free shipping if customers spend over a certain amount. These promotions can change without notice.
Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.
Returns
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days from receiving the order. This right only applies in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Return labels are not provided and customers have to return the order at their own expense. Good Drinks LLC holds the right to additional charges if the return does not meet this criteria. If customers use their right to send back an order they should contact Good Drinks LLC in order to get an address to send the goods to. Good Drinks LLC has warehouses in the United States.
If an item is defective or damaged in any way on arrival, Good Drinks LLC should be contacted within 14 days for information about compensation. Good Drinks LLC holds the right to refuse any returns made after this timeframe.
International Orders
International Orders are not available at this time. We plan to add international shipping as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
